FROM NORTH OF NASHVILLE ON I-65 OR I-24: take I-65 to I-40 West to I-440 East. Take Exit 3 ( 21st Ave./Hillsboro Pike). When the off-ramp splits, follow the signs to Hillsboro Pike. Once you are on Hillsboro Pike, turn left at the third stoplight. This is Woodmont Blvd. Follow until Granny White Pike. Turn right onto Granny White. Go approximately four blocks and the campus will be on your right. Turn when EXPO50 signs indicate.

Each seminar is 50 minutes in length and allows for Q&A from the audience. 10:00 to 10:50 a.m. - Health Care Decisions Legal Seminar:
This seminar will help you understand the importance of having a living will, health care power of attorney, advance care plan, do not resuscitate order or physician orders for scope of treatment. You will learn which documents you need and how to tell the difference between them. The presenter will explain how these documents operate, how to ensure their enforcement and what happens to people that have not signed one of these documents. You will also learn how to talk with your family about your desires for health care and end of life decisions. 11:00 to 11:50 a.m. - Estate Administration Legal Seminar:
This seminar will cover the estate administration and probate process. Several questions will be answered such as: What is probate? What is estate administration? Are both required? I'm an executor, what do I have to do? I'm a beneficiary, when do I get my money? I'm a surviving spouse, can I get more? Is there an easier way? The presenter will cover what legally happens upon the death of a loved one and how to manage the probate process. You will learn the powers an executor has and does not have and what rights beneficiaries and surviving spouses have. Presented by Attorney Robert M. 12:00 to 12:50 p.m. - Estate Planning Legal Seminar:
This seminar will explain how to develop a good estate plan. You will learn the difference between a will and a revocable living trust, how to name beneficiaries of retirement plans and life insurance policies, and how to title assets in order to make the probate process as easy as possible. The presenter will discuss how to keep your estate affairs out of the public record and how to make sure all of your estate planning documents will be respected. 1:00 - 1:50 p.m. - Keeping Yourself Fit and Safe as You Age:
This is a fun interactive seminar about things you can do to maintain or improve your physical fitness level and your balance. This seminar, led by a licensed physical therapist, includes a discussion of ways to prevent falls in your home and the community. You will also learn ways to make your home safer so you don't become one of the "fall statistics." Presented by Peggy Poag, licensed physical therapist, Baptist Sports Medicine & Life Therapies
2:00 to 2:50 p.m. - Forever Young Lens Medical Seminar:
Dr. Wang will describe the latest advances in laser vision correction, to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and for reading. He was a former consultant to USA FDA Ophthalmic Device and was a primary reviewer for the first US FDA approval for LASIK. Dr. Wang introduced the bladeless LASIK to the state and has been performing all of his LASIK procedures using this state-of-the-art technology since 2002, longer than 99% of the LASIK surgeons in US today. Dr. Wang implanted one of the state's first "Forever Young Lens", a new multifocal intraocular lens technology to treat presbyopia and for cataract surgery. This new technology enables a patient to see both distance and read up close without reading glasses. Presented by Dr. Ming Wang, Wang Vision Institute
